Relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation

With a sensory overloaded world that we move through each day, our ຖ໐໐-๓uh space holds open for you, a sense of tranquility and quiet calm.
When you arrive turn off your phone, even if you are early. I suggest taking this time to pack away troubling thoughts or stressors of the day and, pro tip here - empty your bladder one last time!
Open your heart and mind, be prepared to embrace the calm.
As you may be laying or sitting on the ground, I recommend that you bring a yoga mat or thicker towel to cushion your body.
During the sound journey our bodies settle into a deeply relaxed state, some may feel a little cooler than usual, bring a blanket. I don't mind how thick or large it is, so long as you will feel comfortable.
Bring a couple of pillows. I love having my own pillows when I participating in sound showers. I place one under my head and the other under my shins as old sports injuries to my ankles prefer the softer surface.
Have a water bottle on hand to stay hydrated.
Eye pillows are fantastic and help reduce the eyelid flickers that some of us feel. Often at the start of sessions my eyelids want to flitter or ping open, which pulls me back into a visual state, the eye pillow provides a naturally weighted eye relaxant.
When we enter the space, we speak in soft low voices and move with quiet footsteps as we settle ourselves into a comfortable position. A comfortable position for you may be;
laying on your back, arms slightly away for your body with palms facing upwards,
laying on your side, in a position similar to what first aiders call 'recovery position',
sitting with legs crossed in front of you, with your hands in your lap and head bowed. If sitting up please be mindful that the deep relax that most people feel is like a 'sleep state' I suggest placing pillows around you to encourage your body to stay upright.
The start of the session is aimed at guiding your mind to be present and become comfortable in your own tranquil head space, slowing the heart rate and bringing the body still. The majority of the session is designed at taking you on an auditory journey, showering you in the amazing sounds of crystal singing bowls, nature and other instruments.
What it may feel like
There is no right or wrong way to feel during a sound shower. It is a unique, vulnerable and very personal sensation.
Here are some examples of what others have shared about their sound shower experiences.
An inner vibration or internal hum from the powerful Hz of the singing bowls.
If you have a very busy mind like I do, it feels like the sounds are louder than my thoughts and for this period of time my brain can switch off.
So deeply relaxed and blissed out.
Not thinking of myself as spiritual but I always feel this connection to the universe during the session.
At the end of the journey
Near the end of the session you will be gently guided back into a present state and you will have time to just lay and be still as your body reconnects with your surroundings.
I would love to sit with you after where we can discuss and process your journey.

Be ready for a powerful wave of sound immersion and serenity.
