New Moon Sound Healing

Due to the unseasonable wild rain cleanse that the Katherine area received, we held our new moon event a week later and it was a majestic and wonderful evening. Everything is as it should be!

Every phase of the moon is uniquely powerful and is always a wonderful sight to behold.

We had such a divine and diverse group attend, we even had a happy and curious child enjoy the session. We started the evening making our own eye pillows. Eye pillows are like a beautiful weighted blanket for your eyelids, which is so helpful for people like me who are serious eyelid flutterers when trying to keep my eyes closed if I am not in a sleepy state.

After everyone had found their comfy spot by the fire to lay down, Kate took us on a wonderful sunset guided meditation. This set the intention for a wonderful Noo-Muh sound immersion journey. At the conclusion of the evening we shared warm soup and great conversation around the fire.

An outdoor setting for sound immersion is such a soul refreshing experience, which I highly recommend. There are exciting plans afoot for future outdoor sessions, stay tuned!
